Would You Like to Build a Snowman?

A winter craft session at the Jeffery Manor library where kids 3 to 10 make snowmen out of cotton balls, construction paper, and other supplies. All materials are provided while they last, and a caregiver must stay with each child. The hour-long program takes place Thursday, December 10, starting at 4 PM, but registration is required by November 9 at 5 PM.
