Who Represents Me: Civics 101

Ever wonder what an alderman actually does, or who your state senator is? This Saturday, September 26, from 11 AM to 12 PM at the King branch in Douglas, a civics primer breaks down the various elected offices and how representatives serve you. Voter registration will be available on-site, courtesy of Our Lady of Africa's Peace and Justice committee. The program is designed for ages 10 and up.
