Urban Fishing 101

Join Jonathan Schlesinger, the Chicago Urban Fishing Program Coordinator, at the Douglass Branch to learn about local fish and how to start fishing affordably. The Saturday, August 29, 2026, event runs from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, and the library offers fishing rods for checkout with a library card. Registration is required.
