U-505 In-Depth Experience

The U-505 In-Depth Experience at Griffin Museum of Science and Industry offers a rare chance to tour the captured German submarine with a small group before the museum opens to the public. On Saturday, November 14, check-in begins at 7:45 AM, followed by coffee and tea, then a guided tour of the exhibit and an interactive on-board walkthrough. U.S. submarine veterans are on hand to answer questions. After the tour, you have free time in the exhibit before the museum opens, and General Admission is included for the rest of the day. Recommended for ages 10 and up; tickets are $70.95 for adults, $59.95 for children 3–11, and $40 for members.
