TRANSplantas: printmaking posters at Davis Square

At Davis Square Park on Saturday, September 12, from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM, Marimacha Monarca Press leads a free bilingual printmaking workshop as part of Yollocalli's satellite residency. This is the first of three sessions, each focused on a different technique—relief printing, cyanotypes, or wheatpasting—tied to themes from an international print exchange portfolio. Attendees can make protest posters on issues they care about, take home their prints, and see a pop-up exhibition of the portfolio. The series runs across three Saturdays; you're welcome to come to one or all.
