Tinkering Time: Chess Club

At the West Loop library, Mr. Lee from the Chicago Chess Foundation leads a chess club that welcomes children of all skill levels, from complete beginners to experienced players. The session runs Thursday, August 27, from 4:15 to 5:15 PM, and is designed for kids ages 6 to 13. Registration is required by the start of the event, and because of space limits, a parent or guardian’s email is needed to sign up. Note that there will be no club on September 3 or November 26.
