The Village Legal & Community Project Presents: Lawyers in the Library
On the first Thursday of each month, the Village Legal & Community Project sets up at Woodson Regional to offer free, drop-in legal consultations on a range of civil matters — parenting time, housing, power of attorney, landlord-tenant issues, and debt collection, among others. You meet one-on-one with a lawyer, no cost, and should bring any relevant paperwork. The October 1 session runs from 12 PM to 2 PM. Accessibility requests need to be made 14 business days in advance by phone or email.
