The Short of It: A Short Story Book Club

The Short of It: A Short Story Book Club meets virtually on Zoom on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Each month, adults read and discuss a narrative that can be completed in a single sitting. September's story is "The Little Widow from the Capital" by Yohanca Delgado, available in The Best American Short Stories 2022. Registration is required at least 24 hours before the event, with one registration per household.
