The Magic of Touch Reiki: Mystery of Connection
Join us for an experiential introduction to Reiki, mindful presence, and subtle energetic awareness.
Through guided practices, simple partner exercises, and intention-based activities, participants will explore how attention, presence, and touch can support relaxation, connection, and awareness.
Together, we will explore:
mindful touch and presence
compassion and awareness
subtle sensing and intuition
the connection between intention and the body
Open to beginners and those with experience. No prior knowledge is necessary. Ages 18+
About the facilitator:
Veronique Frede is a Reiki teacher and practitioner based in the Chicago area, integrating traditional Japanese Reiki teachings with mindfulness and embodied awareness. Veronica offers classes focused on practical, everyday applications of Reiki and presence.
