The Lizard y El Sol: Theater for the Very Young

The Lizard y El Sol is a bilingual theatrical adaptation of a Mexican folktale, presented in Spanish with puppetry, music, and dance designed to be understood by all audiences. Aimed at children ages 0 to 5 and their families, the interactive 60-minute show follows a brave lizard on a quest to recover the missing sun. The performance takes place Wednesday, August 12, at 11 AM in Uptown, in partnership with the Goodman Theatre and the Chicago Public Library. Registration is required by the morning before the event, and space is limited, so you will need to include the total number of children and adults when signing up.
