
The Lizard y El Sol: Theater for the Very Young
A bilingual puppet theater piece for the very youngest audiences, presented in partnership with the Goodman Theatre. When El Sol disappears from the sky, a brave lizard sets out on a quest to bring back the light, told through interactive storytelling, colorful puppets, and Mexican-inspired music and dance. The play is primarily in Spanish but designed to be understood by all. For children ages 0 to 5 and their families, on Wednesday, July 29 from 10:30 to 11:30 AM at Garfield Ridge. Registration is required by 10:30 AM on Tuesday, July 28; note that a parent or guardian’s email address must be used.
