The Ground Between Us (2020)

A documentary screening at Toman, part of the library's Community Cinema series, examining the political and personal stakes of America's public lands. The film traces the 2017 rollback of national monument protections and the communities caught in the fight over millions of acres opened to oil and gas development. The 62-minute, unrated film screens Tuesday, November 10, from 4:00 to 5:30 PM, with English subtitles for the deaf and hard of hearing. Free and open to the public.
