The Dinosaur of Lake Michigan at Sherman

Join Mary on a treasure hunt for the elusive “dinosaur of Lake Michigan,” also known as a sturgeon, at Sherman (John) Park on Thursday, August 27, 2026, from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM. Kerfuffle and Rabbitfoot Puppetry use hyper-realistic animal puppets made from recyclable items, live music, and physical storytelling in this participatory play. The event highlights community care amid the climate emergency and is best for children ages 3-6 with caregivers. Admission is free.
