The Auditorium: Open Mic in Austin

The Austin Branch Library launches a new Wednesday evening open mic on November 18, from 6:00 to 7:45 PM, offering a dedicated stage for poets, singers, rappers, comedians, and spoken word artists on the West Side. The event is as much about listening and discovering local talent as it is about performing — a low-key community gathering rather than a competitive showcase.
