The Artist’s Studio at the Library

The Artist's Studio at the Library sets up as a self-guided open studio at the Obama Presidential Center on Wednesday, October 7, from 4:30 to 6:30 PM. Participants create an artwork honoring time spent with family or friends, drawing inspiration from images of togetherness by Romare Bearden, Mary Cassatt, and Suzuki Harunobu. The program is a partnership with the Art Institute of Chicago and welcomes families with kids of all ages.
