Teen Summer Studio: Drawing as Abstraction

The Teen Summer Studio: Drawing as Abstraction takes place on Thursday, August 6, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Ryan Learning Center, Studio B. Participants ages 13–18 draw inspiration from the *Willem de Kooning* exhibition and play experimental drawing games with charcoal, pastel, and crayon. This program is free but requires registration and museum admission, which is free for Chicago teens under 18 and all children under 14. All materials are provided with no prior experience needed.
