Teen Sewing Hour: Throw Pillows

Teen Sewing Hour at Gage Park teaches basic machine-sewing skills in a single afternoon session on Tuesday, September 15, from 4:00 to 5:00 PM. Participants learn to thread a sewing machine and stitch fabric pieces together into a finished throw pillow — no prior experience required, and all materials are provided. This workshop is designed for teens ages 13 to 19. Spanish-language assistance is available upon request; the library asks for accessibility accommodation requests at least 14 business days in advance.
