Teen Scene offers a casual drop-in hangout at the West Belmont library branch for teens aged 13 to 19. On Thursday, September 17, from 4:30 to 6:30 PM, participants can work on crafts, play video games with friends, or just watch a movie in a relaxed, low-pressure space. No registration needed — just show up.
