Tattoo Design for Teens

Join professional tattoo artist Cierra at West Lawn library on Thursday, July 30, 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM to learn tattoo design techniques. This program for teens covers drawing skills and design concepts inspired by shows like *Ink Master*. No permanent tattooing will occur. Registration is required by the start of the event.
