Taste of Polonia

Taste of Polonia returns to the Copernicus Center over Labor Day weekend, September 4 through 7, from 4:30 to 9:30 PM each day, claiming the title of the largest Polish festival in the United States. The grounds fill with live music, traditional Polish dishes, cultural performances, and activities aimed at all ages — think pierogi, polka bands, and artisan vendors alongside kids’ programming. Proceeds support the Copernicus Foundation’s cultural and educational initiatives across the city, which gives the whole affair a community-minded anchor beyond the food and entertainment.
