Talk Story: Pacific and Filipino Voices in the Museum

Talk Story brings Field Museum staff together with Filipino American community partners for a lunchtime conversation about collaboration, shared knowledge, and community voices in museum work. Drawing from partnerships connected to the museum's Pacific and Filipino collections, panelists discuss what collaboration looks like in practice—collections care, interpretation, education, and community engagement—and how these relationships help people connect with their histories and heritage. Part of the museum's Filipino American Heritage Month programming, the talk takes place Tuesday, October 27, from 12:00 to 1:15 PM in Ward Hall on the lower level. Included with general admission.
