Experience Chicago like never before at Supertri Chicago, returning August 22–23, 2026, for an unforgettable weekend of swimming, cycling and running through the heart of the city. One of the world’s largest and most accessible triathlons, the event welcomes athletes of all ages and experience levels—from first-time participants and young racers to seasoned triathletes, relay teams and competitors chasing a new personal best. Athletes will begin in the waters of Lake Michigan before heading onto exciting bike courses with incredible city views. Sprint and Olympic participants will ride along Lake Shore Drive, Lower Wacker Drive and the McCormick Place Busway, while SuperSprint and Kids racers will compete on a looped lakefront course designed for maximum spectator energy. The run showcases some of Chicago’s most recognizable landmarks, including Buckingham Fountain, the Shedd Aquarium, the Field Museum and Soldier Field, before an unforgettable downtown finish on Columbus Drive. Younger athletes and SuperSprint competitors will enjoy a scenic lakefront route with plenty of support along the way. With Kids races, SuperSprint, Sprint and Olympic distances, relay divisions and the challenging Triple Challenge, Supertri Chicago offers an option for nearly every athlete.
