Sugar Skull Decorating

Sugar Skull Decorating at Legler Regional is a hands-on craft session where participants decorate sugar skulls with royal icing, then take them home for a personal ofrenda. The library supplies the skulls and icing; you supply the decorating. It’s open to ages 6 and up, and it takes place Saturday morning, October 31, from 10 to 11 AM.
