Stress often shows up in our bodies before we even realize it. This beginner-friendly workshop combines breathing practices, gentle stretching, and guided relaxation to help participants release physical tension and improve overall well-being. Participants will leave with practical tools they can use at home to support emotional balance and relaxation. No prior experience is necessary, and all movements can be adapted to your comfort level.
