STEAM Time: DIY Lava Lamps

A hands-on chemistry session for kids ages 6 to 13 at the Dunning branch on Tuesday, August 18, from 1:00 to 2:00 PM. Participants will explore chemical reactions by mixing their own lava lamps to take home. Registration is required by the start of the event, and a parent or guardian's email address must be used. Free, thanks to funding from the Chicago Public Library Foundation.
