STEAM Day

STEAM Day at McKinley Park on Thursday, August 13, 2026, from 4:15 PM to 5:30 PM, introduces children ages 6 to 10 to science, technology, engineering, art, and math through story-driven activities. Presented by FIRST STAR FORCE, each session includes a picture book reading followed by a hands-on project like building a flying machine or exploring a science concept. Accessibility accommodations are available with at least 14 business days' notice.
