STEAM and Stories: Cardboard Construction
A weekly read-aloud and hands-on STEAM activity for kids ages 3 to 13 and their families, happening Thursday, October 1, from 4:30 to 5:30 PM at the Independence branch. This session focuses on cardboard construction: participants can use the library's Makedo tool set or stick with tape and scissors to build something from scratch. STEAM stands for science, technology, engineering, art, and math, and the program folds all of them into a single craft-based afternoon.
