Spry Society: Conversation and Games for Older Adults

Spry Society brings a conversational history hour to the Edgewater branch on Friday, October 23, from 2:00 to 3:00 PM, led by local septuagenarians Steve Bellinger and Sue Garvey. The discussion and trivia series is aimed at older adults, with this month’s topic focused on games, hobbies, and collectibles from the 1950s through the 1970s. Expect light reminiscing, old videos, period music, and plenty of audience participation. Registration is recommended but not required. Free.
