Spotlight Talk: Jasper Johns's Near the Lagoon
A 30-minute gallery talk on Jasper Johns’s *Near the Lagoon*, the largest work in his Catenary series (1997–2003), which takes its name from the curve a cord makes when suspended freely between two points. The talk meets in Gallery 296 on Friday, November 27, from noon to 12:30 PM. It’s free with museum admission and requires no registration. ASL interpretation and assisted listening devices are available upon request.
