Spanish Study Group

The Avalon Spanish Study Group operates on a peer-led model — "We teach each other" is the motto — and welcomes basic and advanced beginners who want to work on grammar, pronunciation, reading, writing, listening, and speaking together. The group meets Saturday, August 29 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM, splitting the two hours so advanced beginners get the first hour and basic beginners get the second. Everyone works from the same book but starts at their own comfort level. Advanced beginners sometimes get a chance to speak with a native Spanish speaker.
