Sit, Stay, Read

Kids ages 5 to 9 can practice reading aloud in a low-pressure setting with certified reading assistance dogs from SitStayRead, as part of Chicago Public Library's Jump into Reading initiative. The program takes place Sunday, November 15, from 3:00 to 4:00 PM in Little Italy. Only children register, but families are welcome to attend alongside them; an adult parent or guardian must be present to sign a permission form. Registration closes the day before at 3 PM, and space is limited.
