Shot Put & Throwing Techniques (ASMG) at Gately

A youth throwing-techniques program at Gately Park, focused on shot put and related skills. Participants meet Monday evenings from 7:00 to 7:45 PM, running from August 24 through October 12, 2026, with no session on September 7. Designed for teens, this is an instructional program rather than open practice.
