Sew a Yoga Strap

At Legler Regional on Saturday morning, October 3, teaching artist Elaine Luther leads a one-hour workshop where participants sew their own yoga strap. The finished strap works double duty — toting a mat to and from class and serving as a stretching aid during practice. All materials are provided, and registration is active, so spots are open now.
