RTA Programs and Assistance Table

RTA staff set up a drop-in table in the Austin-Irving lobby on Thursday, July 30, from 4 to 6 PM, offering in-person help with applications for Reduced Fare cards, Ride Free cards, ADA Paratransit, and the Taxi Access Program. This Disability Pride Month event at the library is a practical chance to get application questions answered directly. Bring an ID and proof of disability if applicable; those seeking a Ride Free card should first complete the Benefit Access Program application through the Illinois Department on Aging.
