RTA Programs and Assistance Table

Stop by the third floor of Harold Washington Library Center on Thursday, August 27, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM to meet with Katie from the Regional Transportation Authority. Receive personal assistance with applications for RTA Fare Programs, including Reduced Fare, Ride Free, ADA Paratransit, and the Taxi Access Program. Bring an ID and proof of disability if applicable; applicants for a Ride Free card should first complete the Benefit Access Program through the Illinois Department on Aging.
