Robot Club

At Avalon, the Robot Club gives kids 6 to 13 a monthly chance to build small kit-based robots — bubble machines, doodle bots, and similar projects — while putting STEM skills to work. Each session focuses on a different build, so returning participants always have something new to try. The club meets Wednesday, October 21, from 4:00 to 5:00 PM. Supplies are limited, and registration closes the day before, so plan ahead; note that a parent or guardian’s email is required to sign up, since the library can’t collect personal info from kids under 13 online.
