RiverLab: Sunset Paddle at Ping Tom

A guided group canoe paddle that takes advantage of the Chicago River at sunset, departing from the Ping Tom Boathouse in Chinatown. RiverLab is the Park District's ongoing series aimed at reconnecting residents with the river, and this Thursday, October 8, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM, the focus is a relaxed evening on the water. The registration fee covers equipment and instruction; participants under 18 need an adult along, and children under 35 pounds should bring their own life vest. Plan to arrive 15 minutes early and dress warmly.
