RiverLab: River Exploration Paddle at River

A guided canoe paddle that treats the Chicago River as a living classroom, with RiverLab naturalists pointing out the fish, turtles, and birds that live along the banks. The trip launches from the River Park Boathouse on Wednesday, September 23, from 5 to 7 PM, and is designed for beginners — basic instruction and all equipment are included in the registration fee. Wear clothes you don't mind getting a little wet, and bring your own water and sunscreen. Kids 3 and up are welcome, though anyone under 18 needs to come with an adult. Plan to arrive 15 minutes early.
