RiverLab: River Exploration Paddle at River

A guided canoe paddle on the Chicago River designed for beginners, led by the Chicago Park District's RiverLab program. Participants explore the waterway and look for wildlife while learning basic paddling techniques — all equipment is included. The trip takes place on Wednesday, August 5, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at the River Park Boathouse. Wear comfortable clothes and bring water and sunscreen; arrive 15 minutes early. Youth under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Registration covers equipment and instruction.
