RiverLab: Canoe on the Lagoon at Marquette

A guided canoe paddle on the Marquette Park Lagoon, part of the Chicago Park District's RiverLab series aimed at reconnecting residents with local waterways. The Wednesday evening session on September 9 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM includes basic instruction, all equipment, and is open to all skill levels — beginners are particularly welcome. Participants should arrive 15 minutes early and bring water and sunscreen; youth under 18 need an adult along. Registration covers the equipment, and the event is for ages 3 and up.
