RiverLab: Canoe on the Lagoon at Marquette

A guided canoe paddle on the Marquette Park Lagoon, part of the Chicago Park District’s RiverLab series that aims to reconnect residents with the city’s waterways. The outing on Thursday, August 13, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM includes basic instruction and all equipment; beginners are encouraged to sign up. Wear comfortable clothes and bring water and sunscreen. Participants age 3 and up are welcome, though youth under 18 need an adult along. Arrive 15 minutes early.
