REMNANTS 2026 at Winnemac

On Saturday, August 22, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM, Wender Collective presents REMNANTS at Winnemac Park, a site-specific spectacle performance exploring Chicago's ancient ecosystems. Audiences follow giant puppet “spirits of the place” representing remnant prairies, wetlands, savannas, and woodlands, converging for a central performance at dusk. Free native plants and educational materials are available at this free event.
