Read to a Therapy Dog

Children ages 3 to 13 can practice reading aloud to Izzy, a certified therapy dog, at the Manning branch on Thursday, August 20, from noon to 1 PM. The program, run with Canine Therapy Corps, is designed to build reading confidence in a low-pressure setting — dogs don't judge mistakes. Advanced registration is required.
