Powerlifting (Special Rec) at Mann

A supervised powerlifting program for adults at Mann Park, meeting Mondays from 5:00 to 6:00 PM from September 14 through December 7, 2026. Instruction-based format, with no sessions on October 26 or November 23. Registration covers the full fall term.
