Your Mind Is More Powerful Than You Think
An Interactive Introduction to Hypnosis and the Power of the Subconscious Mind

Have you ever wondered why some habits are so difficult to change or why your mind sometimes seems to work against you? The answer often lies in the subconscious.

Please join us in this engaging, interactive program, you'll discover what hypnosis really is, separate fact from fiction, and experience firsthand how your subconscious mind influences everyday thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Through thought-provoking demonstrations, discussion, and a guided experience called Finding Your Inner Calm: A Place You Can Return to Anytime , you'll learn practical techniques for accessing a calm state that you can use long after the program ends.

Whether you're simply curious about hypnosis or interested in understanding how your mind works, you'll leave with a greater appreciation for the power of the subconscious and a practical tool you can use in everyday life.
