Pilates at Sheil

A weekly Pilates class for adults at Sheil (Bernard) Community Center Park, meeting Thursdays from 6 to 7 PM from September 10 through December 10. The class does not meet on October 29 or November 26. Instruction is the focus, making this a consistent, low-key option for strengthening and flexibility through the fall.
