Picture This: You and AI

A practical, hands-on workshop at the Edgewater Branch on Friday, September 11, from 1 to 2 PM, where educator Tom Welch demonstrates how AI tools can handle everyday tasks like restoring old photos and removing unwanted backgrounds. You'll use your own smartphone, tablet, or laptop with an AI app installed (ChatGPT will power the demonstrations), and a few favorite photos to experiment with. No prior experience is needed — just the ability to take a photo or send a text. This session is organized in partnership with Edgewater Village Chicago and the Edgewater Library; sign-language interpretation is available with 14 business days' notice.
