Period Party

A community Period Party designed for tweens, teens, and the adults in their lives, happening Saturday, November 14, from 2:00 to 4:30 PM at the Uptown branch. The afternoon uses interactive games and hands-on crafts to open up conversations about menstrual cycles, body literacy, and reducing stigma in a low-pressure, inclusive space for all genders ages 8 to 18. Participants wearing a red outfit can take home a goody bag while supplies last; registration is required by the start of the event.
