Patron Appreciation Celebration

The Avalon branch hosts a Patron Appreciation Celebration on Wednesday, December 9, from 5:30 to 7:30 PM, with light refreshments and activities for all ages 3 and up. At 6 PM, an instructor leads a Fitness with Afrobeats dance session. The evening is the library's way of thanking its regulars, and it keeps things low-key — no tickets, no registration, just a chance to move a little and connect with neighbors. Accessibility accommodations are available by calling (312) 747-8184 or emailing access@chipublib.org at least 14 business days in advance.
