
Parenting Big Emotions
Join us for a very timely conversation in parenting as part of our Back to School series of programs.
Esther Monaghan , Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Pure Health Center, will discuss practical, evidence-based strategies for parenting children ages 5–11 through big emotions and everyday challenges. Parents will gain tools to respond effectively during emotional moments, foster resilience, and create an environment that supports growth and connection.
Esther Monaghan has extensive experience working with children and adolescents and her expertise in the realm of childhood development. She holds an EdS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Loyola University of Chicago and received her Bachelors in Psychology from Lake Forest College.
Feel free to bring your children. We will have an activity for them while you participate in the program.
